Updating your email address and account information is simple, just follow the steps below.
- Sign In to your Lux account with your current email address at my.luxproducts.com.
- Once signed into your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen
- select “Account Info.” From here, you will be able to change the email address associated with your account.
NOTE: You will only be able to set your email address to one that has never been used to create a Lux account. If you are looking to move your thermostats to another Lux account, please see the question above about moving thermostats.
